For the manufacture of custom banners EACG has engaged the valued services of an experienced staff which delivers first-rate products. With a knowledgeable background in pre-press production EACG is able to produce custom banner graphics that are colorful and accurate. EACG advises that the custom banners can be made with as many colors as the customer desires. All of the digital printing of custom banners is done from EACG’s 3 Vutek units, which can print 4-color, 6-color, or 8-color up to 16? wide by any length, for which there is no additional charge. EACG can print both sides (front and back) on some substrates and two-sided custom banners are created by invisibly seaming two panels together back-to-back with a liner using the Miller Weldmaster Seamer.
EACG provides a wide variety of materials for the making of custom banners and swatches are available for a nominal charge. In the interests of a friendly environment EACG can print custom banners on recycled fabrics using environmentally safe inks which contain no solvents. The custom banners are fabricated from 100% polyester fabrics which are all fire retardant in accordance with NFPA 701 Part 2 large scale test, as well as other national and local fire requirements. All fabrics are machine washable and dryable. EACG has a creative department to design custom banners for customers who have no artwork available. If a proof on the actual material to be used in the final custom banners is requested it is shipped for approval which can be given on the phone or by e-mail. EACG has an FTP server dedicated to receiving file uploads and if the files are small enough they can be e-mailed.
