Enhance a Colour Announces A Revolutionary New Idea In Dye-Sub Printed Fabric

With the addition of Enhance a Colour’s newest dye-sub printer EACGS now prints fabrics that look like they are continuous tone prints.

Our new printer prints up to 126” wide, is greener, faster and has a higher resolution than ever before possible. The new printer allows us to go from the previous dye-sub standard of fixed 80 Picoliter drops of ink (very large drop) to a revolutionary new 10 Picoliter (very small drop) variable drop grayscale head. This means fast and beautiful. With a 10 Picoliter variable drop and full grayscale heads you get an apparent resolution of up to 1200 DPI. Also, with the use of our new Aqua based dye-sub water based inks, we help you to use greener technology that is more environmentally friendly for all your fabric needs.

The benefit to you is that now clients can look at your fabric close up and it looks clean, sharp and like a continuous tone print. You now have the ability to do more POP, POS and Museum Quality work with fabrics; Great Quality, Less Weight, Less Shipping and Handling Cost. Also Enhance a Colour has framing solutions for almost any fabric application whether it is permanent or short term promotion. Enhance a Colour offers you many different fabric options to choose from along with a recycled fabric and all of our fabrics are fire rated.

What do your walls say about you?

Medical Office Wall Graphics
Medical Office Wall Graphics

Your white walls “symbolize freshness, purity and cleanliness.”, according to Home and Garden Television.

I think you can use that space more effectively. Incorporating creative design into your space can set it apart, presenting a cohesive message to your employees and visitors. You can reinforce your corporate brand or your product.

Many people value a decorated work space, making custom wallcoverings much more common. Architects and interior designers are always looking to create an atmosphere that is unique to a specific company. Custom wallcoverings are an ideal solution.

Museums, retail stores, and hospitality venues frequently use wall murals. Transit buildings such as airports and train stations frequently use corporate wall murals, decorating the space while using advertising to grab the travelers’ attention.

Enhance a Colour has helped many companies brand their environment.

E-Rate Online reinforced their corporate identity using their logo, branding message, and taglines on their building’s walls.

Crystal Rock added a new Learning & Development Center, branding the walls, and the windows with the products they carry.  The classroom and product showroom help keep their employees up to date on the product catalog.

The Crab Shell Restaurant in Stamford, CT, located on the shore of the Long Island Sound, branded their outdoor seating using custom table tops, allowing their customers to “Rock the Dock”.

You can brand your environment too. Call Jodi Taubl at 800-894-0264 and request our Digital Surfaces brochure to learn more.

Learn about Custom Printed Eco-friendly Wallpaper

Enhance a Colour is now producing custom printed PVC-Free Wall Paper. This product emits no harsh chemicals or odors when printed with our latex eco-solvent inks. This material is FSC certified, mold and mildew resistant, and can be used in GREENGUARD certified locations. The PVC-Free Wall Paper is also easy to install, as the paper is pre-pasted and only requires water for application and clean-up.

Using dye-sub fabric is ideal for promotions, trade shows, and special events.

Enhance a Colour, doing business since 1988, has been using dye-sublimation processes to create banners and displays for our customers since 1995.

Today, we can print up to 122 inches wide using transfer paper or 192 inches wide direct to the material using a dye sublimated process.  To our knowledge, we are the only one capable of producing 16 foot wide printed fabric, having designed and constructed a heat transfer machine to our exact specifications for the purpose.

Some competitors will try to sell you printed fabric created using solvent inks.  Watch out for this. Our dye sublimated printed fabric is machine-washable.  You can steam out wrinkles, and clean dirty areas with no impact to the image.  Ask our competitors if you can do the same with their solvent printed fabric.  You will also find the colors on solvent printed fabrics do not last as long as our durable dye sublimated fabric prints, which have colors that one trade-show visitor remarked “popped” when compared to the other samples at a recent Surfaces trade show event.

Other competitors will try and convince you to use vinyl for your project.  Using printed fabric is a better choice when you consider that it is easier to fold and lighter to ship.  This means that our printed fabric is cheaper to ship, resulting in added savings over a long trade show season, or from the multi-site special event campaign.
