How is the price determined ? In most cases, pricing is based on the printed total square footage of your order. Shipping & handling, tax if any, and any design charges are additional.

How are shipping costs determined ? Our standard shipping is via UPS Brown Ground shipping, for quicker turnaround you can request overnight service or two day service.

What’s the turnaround time? Most orders ship within 5-7 working days.

OK, so that’s your turnaround time. What if I need it faster? What is your rush fee? That can range from 50% -100% of the standard price depending on the size of the order and the requested delivery date.

How many colors can I use in my graphics? As many as you like! All of our digital printing is done in full color (4/color process aka CMYK). There is no additional charge for color or savings for using less color.

Do you print 4 color process? Yes, our large format digital printing is all CMYK.

Is it possible to print both sides front and back? On some substrates, yes. Two sided fabric banners are created by sewing two banners back to back with a liner.

Can I have some samples? Swatches are available for a nominal charge.

How do I get a sample or proof? We would require your digital file and a credit card to generate a proof.

How do I approve proofs? If a PDF (or electronic proof ) is requested, you approve that via email. If a proof on the actual material to be used in the final product is requested, it is shipped to you; approval can be over the phone, by email, etc.

What materials are available? A wide variety of materials are available - they are all on our website.

Is the printing process digital? Yes, all of our printing is digital!

How do I upload my files? We have an FTP server dedicated to receiving file uploads.

Can I just e-mail my files to you? If they are small enough, yes.

I don’t have artwork. I would like help in designing …. Can you help? Yes we have a full creative deptartment to design whatever you had in mind
