How to upload your files

Step 1: Prepare Your Files

Put all files into a folder (and name appropriately with your company and job title) before uploading.

Please include a text file with your name,company, address,and phone number as well as your Enhance a Colour Sales contact.

If using a macintosh then please stuff the folder first.

If using a pc then please zip the folder first.

Please stuff or zip multiple files together.

If possible please name your file(s) something relevant to you job
(example: smith_brothers_banner_1.zip, not banner_1.zip).

Step 2: Transfer Your Files

Option A: Use an FTP program to upload your files(Fetch, etc…). Use this method if your files are larger than 250MB. The connection information below will give you access to our public FTP site to upload your files:

For username and password please email ftprequest@eacgs.com or call 1-800-894-0264

Option B: Transfer files using our Web Upload Form (BELOW). This method has a 250mb and/or 45 minute limit.

For files larger than this you will need to use an FTP program like Fetch. Turn off screen
and/or energy savers, these can cause errors. Some users will not receive an
upload confirmation, if this happens, please call before reattempting your
upload (to avoid sending duplicate files).

Step 3: Notify Us After Transfer Is Complete
