  Enhance a Colour, doing business since 1988, has been using dye-sublimation processes to create banners and displays for our customers since 1995.

  Today, we can print up to 122 inches wide using transfer paper or 192 inches wide direct to the material using a dye sublimated process.  To our knowledge, we are the only one capable of producing 16 foot wide printed fabric, having designed and constructed a heat transfer machine to our exact specifications for the purpose.

  Some competitors will try to sell you printed fabric created using solvent inks.  Watch out for this. Our dye sublimated printed fabric is machine-washable.  You can steam out wrinkles, and clean dirty areas with no impact to the image.  Ask our competitors if you can do the same with their solvent printed fabric.  You will also find the colors on solvent printed fabrics do not last as long as our durable dye sublimated fabric prints, which have colors that one trade-show visitor remarked “popped” when compared to the other samples at a recent Surfaces trade show event.

  Other competitors will try and convince you to use vinyl for your project.  Using printed fabric is a better choice when you consider that it is easier to fold and lighter to ship.  This means that our printed fabric is cheaper to ship, resulting in added savings over a long trade show season, or from the multi-site special event campaign.

• Warnaco Quarterly Re-Branding

  As we approach the new year it may be a good time to think about refreshing your brand. Warnaco has that very idea and on a quarterly basis they change the look of their corporate office to reflect the products they are marketing at the time. This time around they are showing off a Secret Makeover promotion and their Olga® brand’s new designs.

  Enhance a Colour works with Geoff Howell to re-brand the Warnaco office each quarter. The Warnaco entrance lobby, corporate showrooms and elevators are all surfaces that get branded with new graphics each time. Geoff Howell works with Agency 212 to design the artwork, and the Enhance a Colour pre-production team prepares the graphics for production. The EACGS Installation team removes the old branding from the walls and elevators and installs the new graphics each time.

• Delta® Faucet Uses High End Fabric Banners to Drive Sales

  The Delta® Faucet Company is a manufacturer of Kitchen and Bathroom faucets and accessories that incorporate thoughtful features and beautiful designs.  Delta® sells their products at retail stores across the country and brands their displays with fabric banners highlighting new and innovative merchandise.

  For example one of the products that they feature is their Touch2O technology faucets that let you turn on and off, the water with just a touch to make life easier when hands are messy..

  Spark Worldwide, a display manufacturer from Pelham, NY has enlisted Enhance a Colour to produce fabric display banners for the various Delta® product lines to be used within their displays at retail locations.  The project was quite large and it was the second round of fabric banners Enhance a Colour had produced for Spark Worldwide this year with there being a total of 2,000 fabric banners produced.

  Each of the fabric banners were printed two sided as dye-sublimated fabric and measured 10” wide by 38” high when finished.  The EACGS Finishing Department stitched the sides of the fabric banners along with putting a wooden dowel in a bottom pocket and leaving room for hardware to hang the fabric banner with a top pocket. This past job called for 150 banners each of four different kitchen and bath fixture designs when previously we had produced 800 fabric banners in the Spanish language.
