Enhance a Colour takes part in the London Car Show by helping GM with the launch of Opel’s new “Insignia Invasion”. Instead of having the regular car presentation, GM wanted to create a “Jaw Dropping” experience. After meeting with their PR and Event Production companies, Opel decided to reveal the new car by dropping it out of a prop space ship from 150ft in the air. Since the could not actually create a space ship out of metal, the question became “how do we imitate the look of a space ship and create the effect?” This is where Enhance a Colour comes in.
The project became a group effort by all the departments within EaC. The first step was to find a material that was to resemble the silver metal from the ship but also had to be waterproof to protect the hoist system inside. Once this was accomplished, EaC designers worked with the PR firm to help create the look of the ship and have the right dimensions to fit the framing structure. EaC then had its sewing and fabricating department take the printed goods, water proofing material and attachment pieces and transfrm them into the panels for the outer layer of the space ship. It was then delivered to our clients location to mount to the frame. This was done in a matter of 3 weeks and was a huge success at the London Car Show.

SoBe Beverages had a problem. They had only three weeks before the convention, limited time and a tight budget, yet they wanted to make a splashy statement at the Night Club and Bar Convention held this past March in Las Vegas. SoBe Beverages hired Danbury, CT-based Enhance a Colour to produce the imagery for its trade show booth, including a three-sided fabric mesh backdrop, vinyl cooler banner wraps, metallic c-print table-panel graphics, and most notably, a 20 x 40-ft dye-sublimated carpet crawling with SoBe’s signature lizards. Working with the promotion agency Enhance a Colour came up with unique and different materials to catch the eye of the show’s attendees. Using fabric mesh people could see inside but could only enter through the portal. Metallics and carpet were used to helped create a one of a kind trade show display.

Enhance a Colour was contacted by the promotional agency for Nakheel. They had less than 10 days to create 1200 feet of carpet and assorted support graphics for an event in New York City that was intended to capture the attention of some 100 members of the press. Using aerial photos of the site and working with the agency designers, Enhance a Colour created and installed this project enabling Dubai-based real estate developer Nakheel to put the focus of its media debut on the floor with a graphic carpet that depicted an aerial view of its hometown projects. Attendees could walk along the sites of Nakheel’s massive Palms Trilogy, a set of man made, palm-tree shaped islands housing hotels and homes; The World, a mixed-use development situated on 300 islands fashioned after the continents; and the Waterfront, a beachfront city currently on the rise. The event was held in April 2008

Ocean Spray’s Summer Marketing campaign started in the Penn Station Train Center in New York. The eventagency wanted the look and feel of an old time gas station pumping out today’s Ocean Spray juices. Wooden pump stations were built and wrapped in 3M graphics. A double sided wall and frame was designed to promote the drink and the theme. Four tables with dye-sublimated printed fabric covers were produced to hand out the drinks. Double sided pennant banners with Ocean Spray’s logo were created to add to the event’s nostalgic theme. A speaker stand with matching logos and graphics finished the scenery for the event.
