The Full Monty opened on June 10, 2009 at the Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey. Based on the international hit film, six unemployed guys from Buffalo, NY attempt to find new opportunity as male strippers. Enhance a Colour Fabric Theater Backdrops
Enhance a Colour was proud to partner with the Paper Mill Playhouse and Global Scenic Services to produce the theater backdrop used for this production. Enhance a Colour’s experienced pre-imaging staff received artwork uploaded to our dedicated ftp site, checked the artwork for completeness, and sent the files to our 16 foot wide dye sublimated printing process to create sample color proofs. After insuring the proofs met our high quality standards and those of our customers, Enhance a Colour produced the full size fabric for the theater backdrop, with our finishing department providing the sewing necessary to complete the work.
Enhance a Colour’s dye sublimated fabric banners and fabric theater backdrops allow for an incredibly rich set of colors, with the inks used actually becoming part of the fabric. As a result of the digital printing process, the turnaround time on a theater backdrop project can be reduced from the months it takes for hand painted theater backdrop to less than two weeks for a custom printed fabric theater backdrop.
