Challenge: Try finding a spot to park for delivery trucks at 7:30 AM load-in and then again for the take-down at 10:00 PM that same evening, without having to walk a city block, can be a challenge. For this event we created a Custom Dye-Sub Printed Fabric backdrop that was 38 feet wide by 10 feet high with custom cutouts for two monitors along with a custom Pop-Pin Aluminum Frame System that accommodated the monitors plus a 28 foot stage. We added dimensional visuals for the entrance way, the columns around the room, the registration area and a custom Step N Repeat Fabric Backdrop and Frame System for Photo Opportunities. The install and take down were handled by Enhance a Colour install teams.

Solution: Enhance a Colour used all the resources for this project. Our pre-imaging team fixed files for our the large format printing equipment to accurately producing the work. Our Manufacturing Teams printed the Dye-Sub Fabric, the full color rigid substrates, and latex prints on the small pieces. Our computerized routers created custom cuts for the dimensional piece. Our metal fabrication shop created custom frames. Our sewing department finished the backdrops with the custom cutouts for the monitors. Two different install and takedown teams completed the project that made it happen at the World Trade Center. The total team effort payed off, with a successful event, and a happy customer.
