StubHub was expecting over 5,000 people to attend their Houston Huddle Super Bowl event on Saturday, February 4th and Sunday, February 5th. This event served as the only location for the 5,000+ fans to pick up their game tickets purchased from StubHub.

Zag Marketing came to Enhance a Colour to tackle the visuals for the branded environment for StubHub’s enormous event complete with custom shooting range. Fourteen 4 ft. W x 4 ft. D x 10 ft. H fabric columns were produced using our rental SEG (Silicone Edge Gasket) framing systems.

Custom column wraps were created out of 1 in. square framing and fabric to cover a pre-existing column and a 16 ft. x 4 ft. H x 3 ft. D custom overhang on a pre-existing roof to show ticket pick up entrance. Two custom overhead archways over 22 ft. W x 15 ft. H were constructed to be used as an entrance to the activities area and the ticket pick up area. An oversized backdrop was printed to cover 100 ft. of space behind the ticket pick up section. Four sampling tables were made out of SEG framing and the custom countertops allowed electronics to come through.

A custom shooting range was designed creating a 3 sided fabric “room” that replicated a football field. Lifesize football players and referees were printed with targets on them for patrons to shoot and win points. A blocker was made back support to give the space rigidity as well as a net over the top to prevent the balls from shooting out of the designated area.

Twenty-one separate barricades were produced for crowd control at 3 ft. high and 8 ft. wide. Frames for the units were rented and the fabric socks were pulled over them. Over 900 linear feet by 6 ft. of custom 4 color printed branded vinyl mesh was produced to brand the parking lot and offer directions to customers.

Twenty-one 8 ft. x 2 ft. double-sided hanging signs were produced out of lightweight, durable ultraboard for food options. Low tac vinyl was printed to adhere to the windows to help create ambiance for the event. Nineteen 10 ft. x 10 ft. vinyl walls were printed to brand the tunnel entrance where people came through to collect their tickets.

Several sets of carpets (two 5 ft. x 20 ft. and three 3 ft. x 20 ft.) were printed for entrances and the football toss activity in the main tent. Five outdoor and six indoor double sided retractables for directions and food were constructed. Lastly, two outdoor flag banner stands and handheld directional signage were printed for the parking lot and bus pick up.
