In celebration of the 100-year anniversary of Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in upper Manhattan, Enhance a Colour produced and installed updated graphics in the lobby and main hallway to highlight the world-changing discoveries and achievements of students and faculty.

Client:

Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health

Materials:

 Wallpaper

  • DreamScape® Digital Wallcovering
  • Nolar Sailcloth
  • Non-PVC, Class A fire-rated
  • Breathable, eco-friendly wallpaper made with natural wood pulp.

Multi-level graphics

  • Die-cut, painted Sintra®

Solution:

As a building that was built over a century ago, the Mailman School has certain modifications that made installation a challenge. For example, we had to build a wall facade over a painted-over aluminum door frame before being able to apply the wallpaper. In less than a week we transformed the appearance of the lobby and halls with printed wallpaper and dimensional graphics.
