Subtractive 3D Fabrication

Start with a block of Styrofoam that can be as high as10 ft., as wide as 4 ft. and as deep as 3 ft. We machine sculpt the block to create whatever 3D large format piece is needed. The 3D subtractive process tends to be manufactured more for one-off creations that can be produced at any size and is perfect for extra large sizes such as the 45 ft. high, 20 ft. wide Super Bowl Lombardi Trophy for the Green Bay Packers. The sculpted pieces are glued together, then sanded and hard coated to make-ready for a chosen variety of finishing techniques.
